here is i found the easy way to remove the Temp files on windows
open Cmd
C:\>del *.tmp /S
C:\>del *.tmp /S
C:\Users\kartook-lab\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Word\~WRF{0124A640-4E09-4E5B-A307-84466E1698AE}.tmp
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
