Install all prerequisites directly from Downloded prerequisites folder in the download sequence, EXCEPT AppFabric and CU 1 for AppFabric and AppFabric1.1-RTM-KB2671763-x64-ENU
AppFabric requires special configuration, therefore installing it usual way is not be enough for SharePoint. Install it using following statement from command line:
Step 2 : Run this below command on Downloded via command line
WindowsServerAppFabricSetup_x64.exe /i CacheClient”,”CachingService”,”CacheAdmin /gac
Note: The syntax with quotas is correct, it separates commas, not the components.
Step : 3
Install AppFabric1.1-RTM-KB2671763-x64-ENU
Step :4
Restart your server
This is a Fix for below Error’s
The tool was unable to install Windows Server AppFabric
AppFabric installation failed because installer MSI returned with error code:1603
