here is i found the easy way to remove the Temp files on windows
open Cmd
C:>del *.tmp /S
C:>del *.tmp /S
C:Userskartook-labAppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsTemporary Internet FilesContent.Word~WRF{0124A640-4E09-4E5B-A307-84466E1698AE}.tmp
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
